ABOUT NEW LIFE TABERNACLE
In July 1996, The United Pentecostal Church in Purcell found itself without a pastor. Mark Stacy and wife, Martha (with their children Melanie, Mark II, and Matthew), were led of the Lord to assume the pastorate. Their first service was held on August 4, 1996, with a church of twelve members. Pastor Stacy cast a new vision, and the blessing of the Lord was evident as the church grew until their facilities were too small.
In the fall of 1999 a series of miracles unfolded, opening the door for the church to purchase the vacant Presbyterian church building. At the end of 1999, remodeling was underway, transforming a Presbyterian church into an Apostolic church. The new decade began with the church in a new facility with a new name, New Life Tabernacle, giving the city of Purcell a place where new life can still be found today.
We hope that you will become a part of the developing history of this great church! Click here for service times and more info.
